LawnDreams does not use the review process to sabotage the future development of our service providers, or to hype up or better publicize our own reputation. In fact, it is our goal to use a more practical method to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the results of every transaction. This is why we give the customer and service provider a second or even third chance, if necessary, to work together and resolve any issue before it justifies a top-level escalation or bad review.
At LawnDreams, we believe service providers should receive the full benefit of the tips they earn. LawnDreams does not take any portion of provider tips. When a customer wants to recognize a service provider for going above and beyond, they can tip them directly or conveniently add a tip through the LawnDreams app using a credit or debit card. A small service fee may apply to app-based tip transactions to cover payment processing. Whether given in person or through the app, every tip is an opportunity for each customer to show their appreciation for a job well done, while allowing our service providers to receive the tips they deserve.
LawnDreams offers an exclusive marketplace for eligible customers and lawn care providers to buy, sell, or trade lawn equipment. The marketplace is available to customers with an active service agreement and service providers who remain in good standing with the company.
